Baselworld Press Conference

Baselworld is the largest trade show dedicated to watchmaking and jewelry in the world. It happens every year in the city of Basel, Switzerland and brings together watchmakers and jewelers from all over the world.

They often say that you rarely have a second chance at making a great first impression, and Baselworld is no exception. The first few days are the most important to stand out and to get noticed. That’s why Bulgari chose Events Concept to think, create and build a dynamic and innovative concept for their stand, as well as to manage all of the logistics.

For the launch of their new collection, Bulgari organized an inaugural press conference with the presence of its brand ambassadors: Laura Harrier and Shu Qi, as well as other celebrities, wholesale partners, expert influencers and medias. Our role was to create a universe that respected the brand’s identity and its values while introducing new technologies. Our creative team developed and produced HD video content and imagined a concept of robotized screens producing a 3D illusion. We took up the challenge of putting everything together in one night and the best reward was visitor’s amazed eyes filled with dreams!
