Junior Account Manager
Your Mission
- Assist in developing and implementing the agency’s new business strategy
- Identify and initiate contacts with potential clients to generate potential leads
- Ensure that all efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Gather market research, analyze competitors, monitor client industry trends, and assess sales activity outcomes
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of internal tools to include databases, CRM, social media and website content
Your Profile
- Possess a robust background in sales and business development
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactively seek guidance from Senior Management to execute objectives. Schedule meetings to clarify actions and deliverables.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills. Actively listen and maintain composure while communicating calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
- Maintain a composed and approachable persona, showcasing excellent relationship-building and organizational skills. Operate effectively under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking on various projects and demonstrating strong writing abilities.
- Take the initiative and work proactively, showcasing self-motivation.
- Have a good understanding of the luxury industry.
- Hold a degree-level/professional qualification or demonstrate equivalent qualified experience.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the budgeting process.
- Have a good knowledge of Switzerland and traditional overseas destinations.
- Be proficient in using MS tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Fluently bilingual in English and French, with an additional language (German, Spanish, or Italian) considered a plus.
