CAD Designer
Your mission
Working closely with the project managers, the creative team and our technical partners, you are responsible for the technical design and modelling of event installations. You translate creative concepts into workable plans and technical files, while ensuring feasibility and compliance with on-site constraints.
Design and plan production
- Production of 2D technical drawings (layouts, elevations, sections, details)
- 3D modelling of event structures and fit-outs
- Preparation of technical files for fabrication and assembly
- Use of Vectorworks software
Feasibility and technical expertise
- Analysis and validation of project feasibility
- Integration of structural, material and regulatory constraints
- Coordination with service providers and suppliers
Site survey and follow-up
- Participation in on-site surveys
- Dimension surveys and analysis of on-site constraints
- Technical follow-up of projects in liaison with the project managers
- Occasional presence during assembly phases
Your profil
- Training in architecture, spatial design, construction or equivalent
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (Vectorworks or AutoCAD)
- Solid knowledge of event technical production
- Creative, versatile and independent: you work efficiently even under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Rigour, a strong sense of organisation, team spirit and responsiveness
- Fluent French, English is an asset
Conditions
- Permanent contract, full-time or 80%
- Position based in Geneva (Lancy), with travel to event sites
- Integration within the Technical department
