Summer Tour Switzerland

Mazda approached us to organize a tour of Switzerland with a fleet of 7 Mazda6 AWD Sportwagon vehicles to present and promote this new model. This Swiss Tour expended over 10 weeks, from July to September. We have imagined and developed the following strategy: the 7 vehicles drove to strategic locations in Switzerland at key times and periods in order to be noticed by a large number of people. The Tour was organized according to the calendar of major summer events and dealer events. The Mazda Swiss Tour has covered all major cities of Switzerland as well as touristic mountain sites.

We have carefully selected 7 drivers with a specific profile, adapted to the brand, in order to be a real "ambassador". Our team also thought of a marketing activation for this Mazda6 AWD Sportwagon Summer Tour through communications on social media.

Events Concept was in charge of the design of the event and the follow-up before and during the Tour. A project Manager was permanently connected with the Tour Leader of the drivers’ team and with Mazda Switzerland to ensure the smooth running of the project.
